Course
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a
flagship programme of CT Group of Institutions, taken up
with a view to cater to the growing demand for
professionally qualified young managers. This is one the
unique and first of its kind programme in North West
India producing young management graduates who are
tailor made as per current industry requirement. The
programme follows trimester system. The first year
consists of compulsory foundation courses. The second
year consists of a few compulsory and several elective
courses. The summer project is schedule at the end of
first year. The programme offers major and minor
specialization in the second year. The programme is
approved by All India Council for Technical Education ( AICTE), Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD.
The academic programme of the Institute involve people
who are continuing to advance the frontiers of knowledge
in some of the most critical issues in the management
world today. Emphasis is laid on the participant's
ability to adapt to a changing business world by
providing inputs on the latest developments in
management theory and practice.
